2meter DDRR antenna. The DDRR stands for direct drive ring radiator. It's a
combination of horizontal and vertical polarization. This antenna has consistently
out transmitted and out hears both 5/8 wave antenna's and ¼ wave antenna's
in the hilly area of Pittsburgh. The circular polarization will pick up all
that refracted angular signal that a strictly vertical antenna won't. (you should
hear what your missing!). Overall height of the antenna is 8" currently
