NCVWDRA The first NCVWDRA race at Quaker City Raceway is finally here!!! Next Saturday June 19. Gates open at 10:30AM with the Jr. dragster program first and big car time trials starting at 12:30. First round eliminations begin 5-6PM. Entry fee for the VW class is $40 and spectator admission is only $10!!! We are an added class to the regular Saturday night program and are a "one class, all run, bracket format" running the full 1/4 mile!! Cut a light and run your number!! We have 100% payout of entry fees plus sponsor bonus money and gift certificates for the winner and runner up. Semi final runners up will receive $75. More cars = more $$$!!! This year we are also having a Show-n-Shine and swap meet for used VW parts organized by the Central Ohio Vintage VW Club Northern Chapter at no additional charge. $10 gets you in to show or swap. The NCVWDRA is asking that ALL racers come to the "VW Racing" flag after tech inspection to sign in with the NCVWDRA. We encourage you to have a permanant number for your car as it will help us identify you for some of the special prizes for perfect reaction time and low ET. Get those heaps tuned up and get to QCR next Saturday for a great time with good people at a beautiful facility!!
